Northwick Manor Primary School introduced hot school meals for the first time in September 2010 when a new full service kitchen was built.
The kitchen is run in house by Mrs T Lewis and has grown massively since opening.
We export on a daily basis to local primary and nursery schools, as well as supplying buffets and refreshments on request.
Our emphasis is on providing good quality home cooked food, and we pride ourselves on using as many fresh ingredients as possible, which we source from a local butcher and farm shop.
All food is prepared and cooked on the premises by our wonderful catering staff. Our menus run on three weekly cycles and are changed every term.
The kitchen holds a Worcester County Council 5 star rating and staff work hard to ensure standards are kept at an extremely high standard.
Hot meals cost £2.20 per day or £10.50 per week, this includes a hot home cooked meal and dessert. If your child is on a school trip a packed lunch will be provided in place of the hot meal. You will be reimbursed for any lunches missed if your child is absent for three or more days in a row due to illness. However, if your child is absent due to holidays taken in term time refunds will not be given.
