As a result of a particularly strong and unique presentation in 2014 we decided to create a new role of Curriculum Monitor. In the capacity as Curriculum Monitor, our students work alongside Curriculum Leaders. They interview children throughout the school about a variety of subjects, collate information and play a key role in Pupil Voice.
Our Head Boy, Head Girl and Curriculum Monitor regularly presentations to our Governors regarding their findings.
Our Curriculum Monitors were recently asked to judge a Book Corner competition in each class. Their judgement was based on how each setup encouraged, inspired and persuaded children to read more often. They presented their findings to the whole school in an assembly and to our Governors.
